How do I start using iSpring Suite Max after purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with the download link and iSpring ID details. Click the download link in the email. Once the download is complete, install the software on your computer. Then open iSpring Suite, log in with your iSpring ID, and start creating. Check out these step-by-step instructions for details.

Can I save and work with projects on external drives or OneDrive?

We recommend that you only work on your project on local drives. It's not recommended to store files created with iSpring Suite on online shared drives or external drives. The reason is that iSpring Suite might not be able to access your local drives in order to generate temporary files while you're creating and saving your presentation.

How can I edit published SCORM courses?

Once a SCORM course is published, it becomes a .zip file and cannot be edited directly. To make changes to a SCORM course, you'll need to edit the original project, which includes the PowerPoint presentation and project folder. If you have an iSpring Suite Max or iSpring Learn subscription, you can also upload the source files online for future users to access.

How do I delete a user from iSpring Learn and assign training to a new user?

With iSpring Learn subscription plans, users who log in during the payment period will occupy a seat in the account. If all seats are taken, you can still add new users, but they won’t be able to log in until the next payment period.

When managing your iSpring Learn account with all seats occupied, instead of deleting a user (which also erases their progress), it's better to either deactivate them or change their status to "Employment ended." It's important to note that this action will not free up a seat during the current payment period. However, it will keep their progress intact, and they won't be able to log in during the next payment period, thereby vacating a seat.
