I see an error message when publishing. What should I do?
Here are some tips that can help:
- Restart your computer or close POWERPNT.exe process in the task manager after the conversion issue and before the next conversion.
- Don't run other applications (except PowerPoint) when publishing the presentation.
- Save the presentation under a different name to a different local folder, then restart your PowerPoint.

After publishing, I got a large output file. How can I decrease its size?
Embedded images, audio, and video files can significantly increase the output file size. You can make the output file smaller by choosing the output quality that lets you change the images, audio, and video compression.
