Overview

DPD Code is based on Code 128 and is a German Parcel Service code used on DPD labels.

The barcode data has following format, entered by the user or application IPPPPPPPTTTTTTTTTTTTTTSSSCCC. The resulting display text from Toolkit appears as: PPPPPPPTTTTTTTTTTTTTTSSSCCCD. 
 

Structure

The code consists of the following characters:

• I—Identification tag; used only in barcode
• PPPP—Destination Post Code
• TTTTTTTTTTTTTT—Tracking Number
• SSS—Service Code
• CCC—Destination Country
• D—Check Digit (Mod 36); used only in display text
